The gallery itself has been a welcome addition to the beautiful Victorian countryside of Daylesford. Only 1 and a half hours drive from Melbourne CBD, Daylesford is part of Victoria's illustrious Spa Country, an area filled with views, pampering and of course our beautiful range of artworks.
Stony Creek Gallery has now been operating for only one and a half years and is already one of Daylesford's leaders in Modern Contemporary pieces. Having such a diverse range of artwork was owner's Linda and Michael's dream. Come share their vision and be part of a tremendously serene gallery and its cause to support both local and artists Australia wide.
This previously converted gym is the perfect space to display artworks - says owners Michael and Linda. A space drenched in natural ambience and surrounded by eclectic sculptures, blown glass, wood works, jewellery,ceramics, and our main feature, original 'Michael Parker' paintings.. A natural theme resonates in the reflected works. Stony Creek Gallery gives off a real feeling of the artists' intentions, impressions and passions with each piece.
Tour of Stony Creek Gallery
Stony Creek is an open plan gallery, providing a huge 240 metre space for collections of original artwork, ceramics, blown glass, jewellery and woodwork. With cosy wood fire in winter and cool air conditioning in summer, wander around and peruse original artwork, and the customer service are second to none. The gallery is free to view for the public and exhibitions are changed regularly.
Artwork exhibitions will be updated on the events menu of this website. If you feel this is something you would like to attend simply fill in our contacts form and we will add you to the VIP listing for all upcoming artist exhibitions. We have over 300 paintings currently with new styles and works are being presented and displayed often. This would suit any avid collector or admirer.
